The Annual Meeting Notice, Election Ballots, and Candidates’ Official Statements will be sent by US Mail on April 16 to all owners

BE SURE TO VOTE AND RETURN YOUR BALLOT BEFORE THE ANNUAL MEETING
In order for the Meeting to be held and Ballots to be counted, we need Ballots returned from at least 50% of members
BALLOTS SHOULD BE RETURNED BEFORE THE POLLS CLOSE MAY 19
Send by US Mail, or deposit in the locked ballot box in the NS Office, or bring to the Meeting before polls close at 6 p.m.
