When the pool is contaminated by known person’s is there any financial penalty? As it costs the association/time with employees.

Thanks for your comment/question on the Niguel Shores website. Yes, if we know someone who caused pool contamination or damage, they are charged. If the problem was a mechanical malfunction, no resident would be charged.
