Summertime at the Shores: Your 2026 Lineup—Summertime will soon be upon us with the long, sun-filled days and signature coastal sunsets we all look forward to. The Events Committee is excited to bring our
community together with a vibrant lineup of gatherings designed for residents of all ages. From
casual evenings at the Bluff to festive holiday celebrations, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
All events are open to the entire community and are organized and sponsored by the Events Committee
for res-ident enjoyment. If you’re interested in getting involved, sharing ideas, or helping plan
future events, please contact the NSCA office to attend an upcoming committee meeting. Fresh ideas
and new faces are always welcome.
Unless otherwise noted, all events will be held at the Bluff. Residents are welcome to bring their
own food and beverages. Select events will offer food for purchase, either in advance through the
office or on site. Additional details will be shared on community banners, in future issues of the
Seashore News, and through communications from the NSCA office.
May 5—Taco Night Kick off the season with a community favorite. Taco tickets are available now in
the office. Enjoy delicious food alongside upbeat DJ music as the sun sets.
May 25—Memorial Day BBQ Celebrate Memorial Day with neighbors and friends. Bring your own barbecue
items and beverages. We’ll provide the grills and festive DJ music.
June 6—In-N-Out Burger Truck Night Don’t miss this always-popular event. Tickets will be available
for purchase in the office. Come hungry and enjoy DJ music with the community.
June 18, July 16, August 20—Third Thursday New this year! Join us at the Bluff on the third
Thursday of the summer months from 5:30 p.m. to sunset for live acoustic music. Bring a chair, a
drink, and settle in for an easygoing evening with neighbors.
June 5, July 10, August 7—Ice Cream Truck Cool off with a sweet treat as the ice cream truck makes
its way to the community. Times and locations will be announced. Cash sales.
July 4—Fourth of July Celebration This year’s celebration will be especially meaningful as we
commemorate the 250th anniversary of our country. It promises to be a memorable and historic event
for the Shores.
August 15—Band by the Sea A beloved Shores tradition returns. Enjoy a live band, food trucks, and a
lively atmosphere at one of the most anticipated events of the summer.
August 30—Labor Day Country Hoedown Wrap up the summer with a brand-new event. This inaugural
country western celebration will feature line dancing, food trucks, and plenty of festive fun.
We look forward to seeing you at the Bluff this summer. Mark your calendars, gather your friends
and family, and come be part of what makes the Shores such a special place to call home.
