Maintenance Committee: February 2023

The new year is in full swing for the Maintenance Team. We are busy addressing homeowner requests and making the annual review of our sidewalks and pathways
for signs of deterioration and trip hazards. The latter is a project our chairman Len Beebe handles personally with the contractor.

Replacement portable picnic tables for the bluff are still on order but have been delayed due to, you guessed it, sup- ply chain issues. Even looking into alternative tables has proved fruitless. In the meantime we will have to live with the old ones for a few more months.

We would like to welcome Al Glatt as our newest committee member. Al is sure to be a great addition as he has served on the NSCA Board and is a longtime Niguel Shores resident.

We still have another position to fill, so if you want to help make sure Niguel Shores continues to be the well- maintained community it always has been, please stop by the office to submit an application. We meet once a month on the third Thursday at 9 a.m. There are occasional outside projects that may come up, but the time commitment is minimal.

Have a great February!
