Resident Safety Tips

Lock it, or lose it!

We have been very fortunate that reports of thefts have been almost nonexistent during recent months within Niguel Shores. But as a reminder to all – Niguel Shores is gated but not secure. Be smart! Lock your vehicles and remove all personal items. Lock your home doors and windows. Keep your garage door closed when not in use. Installing alarm systems and/or putting in place other crime deterrents on your property are always ideas worth considering in order to ensure the safety of your property.  Pick up your packages in a timely matter or have a neighbor do it if you are away. Report to the Non-Emergency O.C. Sherriff’s department any suspicious activity at (949) 770-6011.

A little extra care may help all at your home in Niguel Shores feel safe and secure.

There are several informational sheets provided by the Sheriff’s office posted below. Review those and follow them to keep your property safe this holiday season and always.
