Here we go again! Getting ready to start up the new season of “Cooking at Niguel Shores”. First and foremost, we have had to change the class from the 3rd Thursday of the month to the 4th Thursday of the month. Hope this change will not impact 
your ability to be with us. So, the date is September 27th at 11:30. Cost is $40. made payable to “The Pampered Palate”. Reservations should be made at the Niguel Shores office at 949-493-0122.
This first class, as you requested, will be Appetizers:
Pears & Brie in Puff Pastry w/Sugared nuts
Lamb Meatballs w/Pomegranate sauce
Parmesean Cups w/Caesar Salad
Fig & Goat Cheese Crostini
Chocolate Bon Bon Pops
In October, also as requested, we will do Casseroles….make ahead and bring along! Details will follow.
Sally and I are anxious to get going again, and, of course, to see all of you whom we have missed playing with. Looking forward to the 27th!
