Amenities Update
The bump/out for the pickleball court is open and all are encouraged to use this area while waiting for the next rotation. The 4 benches will be installed the first week of January and the new wind screens and shade screen will be installed on January 23.
Work on the bocce ball court and sports court continues with installation of concrete footing and drainage. Pending the on going rains, plans are to pour the concrete base for the sports court asap.
