Rules Changes
Be sure to check out the current proposed rules changes for our community that were mailed out to you in Septem- ber. These also appear on the Niguel Shores website at nigel shores.org.
Many of the suggested changes pertain to Architectural guidelines. You can still participate in this year’s rules process by providing your written comments to the Board of Directors either via mail, fax, or by email to kdecker@niguelshores.org with a reference to ‘Proposed Rule Changes.’ All comments must be provided prior to 5:00 p.m. on October 3, 2023, to be considered by the Board. Additionally, there’s a Resident Round Table being held to discuss this in the Clubhouse on October 11 at 5 p.m.
Some proposed changes address updates to architectural rules. These changes will provide additional clarification for existing guidelines, to make modification of homes easier, and to comply with new State of California regulations. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the proposed changes and add your input.
