It’s September! The Recreation Amenities Project construction begins this month!
We are happy to announce that Niguel Shores awarded the general construction contract to Land Forms, a well- respected contractor with experience in working with HOAs, playgrounds, and other park amenities projects.
While construction is set to begin the second week of September, the Committee and Board are busy on procurement of the final furnishings and keeping the community informed throughout the project.
