Good news to report: The Recreation Amenities Enhancement Project continues to progress on schedule and within budget!
RRM Design Group has completed the detailed design and specifications. By the time of this publication, the design package should be submitted to the City of Dana Point for review and approval. Following approval, which is estimated to take a month, we will obtain fixed price construction bids. Thus far, we have received pricing and delivery times on roughly 30% of the total project cost.
In the spring, the committee plans to participate in a Spring Resident Roundtable and will present an updated schedule, budget and pictures. Look for details coming soon!
