Architecture Committee: Storage Sheds

Everyone could use a little extra storage space. Maybe you need to free the garage from clutter, store garden tools, sporting goods or outdoor furniture. Storage sheds are an easy and convenient solution for some.
Because of the unique configuration of our nine neighborhood developments in Niguel Shores, placement of a storage shed requires some careful consideration and respect for your neighbors.

If you decide that an auxiliary structure might be useful, you will need to evaluate the size, height, style and location before considering it as a solution for your need. Our Niguel Shores rules state that a shed or any attached or freestanding structure cannot be visible from any street, common area or adjacent property. An application form for placement of an auxiliary structure is always required and can be found under the “Forms” tab on the main page of our community website niguelshores.org. As always, if you have questions or need help please call or come into the Association Office.
