Hopefully your holidays are in full swing, you are hanging decorations with care, and planning some holiday cheer with friends this year!
If you live in the Garden Homes off of Niguel Shores Drive and Atlantic to the north, the annual street repair is starting early and there are some dates you’ll want to remember as you plan your holiday get-togethers.
■ Monday, November 29 through Tuesday, November 30—All the concrete work should have been completed.
■ Monday, December 6 thru Friday, December 10—This will be set aside for asphalt repair and overlay.
■ Monday, December 13 thru Wednesday, December 15—
The utility boxes will be raised.
These dates are subject to change, so please be sure to look for letters, email and updates on our Niguel Shores website for a more detailed timing. We would not want to play Scrooge with your holiday plans.
The Maintenance Committee would like to give a holiday toast to our wonderful Maintenance Staff who work so hard all year long to keep Niguel Shores the “Extremely Well Maintained Community” it is for all of us.
