Architecture Committee – Fall Update
The Niguel Shores Architectural committee has recently changed our process to review smaller AC projects such as replacements of garage doors, windows, exterior light fixtures, house painting to name a few. Landscape Committee: Fall Tree Trimming
All of approximately 2000 trees in our community will be trimmed commencing by the end of September and to be completed by Christmas. Harvest will have an arborist overseeing this operation.
