Fiscal 2025 Financial Audit Update—The Finance Committee is working with NSCA’s Management, Board of Directors, and outside accounting firm (KBF) to finalize the Audit of NSCA’s 2025 Financial Statements. This has taken much longer than usual due to a number of factors, most importantly the changing of accounting firms in the Fall 2025, a change in bank accounts, and a very detailed and thorough review of all 2025 transactions to ensure they were properly recorded. This information is currently with our independent auditor. As the audit is completed, we will work with Management, Board, and KBF to (a) ensure our 2026 financial statements are accurate and up-to-date and (b) review potential changes in processes and internal controls to attempt to prevent these kind of problems in the future.
