The Landscape Committee is continuing its work on
improving the monument and gate areas throughout the community. This includes replacing plantings
using the new water-saving plant palette and refreshed landscape design plan. To date, the Selva
and Garibaldi monuments as well as the Manta and Garibaldi gate areas have been addressed.
In other news, Phase One of the Turf Reduction pro- gram has begun. The turf has been removed, and
a new water-efficient drip system has been installed. Soil amendments and new plantings are in
progress. Watch this space for future updates.
