View Preservation Committee: January 2026

The View Preservation Committee worked hard in 2025 visiting properties and reviewing homeowner submitted concerns.
We are looking forward to doing it again in 2026. Views are an essential part of living in Niguel Shores.
The Committee evaluates concerns regarding potential unreasonable view blockages from private property plantings and trees.
