RECREATION AMENITIES ENHANCEMENT PROJECT
Spring is almost in the air, and we are elated to be wrap- ping up the Amenities project. While we love rain, it has caused some recent delays. The playground equipment has been installed and we hope the new surface will be poured by March 1.
Despite the rains, the sports court, bocce courts and picnic area should be nearing completion. The grass area will be seeded once all the work is complete and will be accessible 90 days after the initial seeding. Look for announcements for our upcoming celebration once the grass is ready to enjoy.
