Enhancement Project
Is it really February already? It seems as though we were just wishing you Happy New Year!
We are thrilled to share that the amenities project is nearing completion! The sidewalks and the bocce ball courts have been installed. The sports court tiles and basketball hoops should be in place by the end of January, and the playground equipment will be installed when the new surface is poured the first week of February. The surface will take a few days to “cure” so please be patient.
While we wait for permit approval for the shaded picnic area, we still hope for installation in early February.
The new pickleball bump-out is receiving high praise and appreciation. With countless players on the sideline, it’s an added safety measure to have a designated place for them back in the box. The shade and benches are definitely an enhancement.
When these new amenities are complete, the grass will be seeded and closed for 90 days. We ask that you and your pets avoid the area so it fills in nicely and completes the project with a bang!
