Congratulations to the Seashore News team on this 600th issue! It’s another reminder of what an incredible community we have here in Niguel Shores. From the bluff to the clubs here to the recreation committee events, we are a hidden gem in Dana Point. And now, with our new amenities coming soon, we will add another dimension to our special community.
Thank you to those who are following the amenities project through our Niguel Shores website. There you will find the up-to-date status, pictures, cost summaries and more. We will continue to send emails for significant activi- ties including temporary facility closures.
A couple highlights to share: Regarding the playground, the board voted to replace the wood chips with the poured-in- place rubber surface which will be a safe and cleaner option.
At the beginning of December, the pickleball courts will be closed for an estimated few weeks for the construction of the new seating area. Emails will be sent with more details, but just a head’s up. Please be patient during these construction enhancements.
