Enhancement Project
We are one step closer to the start of construction!
After careful review and bid negotiations, the Board issued a Letter of Intent to enter into a construction contract with the recommended contractor. The contract is under legal review by both parties and should be signed and executed shortly. The Letter of Intent has allowed the contractor to begin detailed planning and lining up their material suppliers and specialty subcontractors.
The targeted construction schedule remains to begin the week after Labor Day and to be completed by the end of December.
