4TH of July Golf Cart Decorating Contest Be sure to sign up in the NSCA Office before 6/30 to participate in the Decorating Contest for Golf Carts, Bikes, Trikes and Wagons. The decorating will be judged before the parade starts and all participants will line up on Niguel Shores Drive.
