Exciting Summer Programs at the Dana Point Library:

The Dana Point Library will be hosting a variety of programs for both  children  and adults this summer.
The Summer Reading Program for children will begin on June 22  and go until August 2nd. The children’s program is for children birth through 11 years old.   The teen program is for teens 12 to 17 years old. There will be prizes and weekly drawings for each age group, grand prize drawings and a prize for all children who complete the program.  In addition there will be story times, movies, amazing entertainers and performers and several hands on activities for children 5 to 8 and 9 to 12.  Teens will enjoy crafts, gaming and anime.

Adults are also invited to participate in a new book club at our Dana Point Library.  The Tea Time Book Club will meet on Monday, June 22, at 10:30 am, and then continue every fourth  Monday of the month through December.  The Tea Time Book Club will be an informal book discussion group open to all adult readers.  Title selections will be given at our first meeting, Monday, June 22, at 10:30 am. If you have been interested in joining a book club, this is your perfect opportunity, no registration is required.  Tea will be served, so feel free to bring your favorite cup!  Please consider joining us.

Army Band Concert Update:

The 300th Army Band Concert scheduled on Saturday June 27th has been cancelled and the Library is currently working on rescheduling.
