The new gatehouse will start construction on Monday, September 8, 2014. Anticipate congestion and delays at the Mariner Entrance during construction. Residents may want to consider using the Selva or Cabrillo Gates during construction which we anticipate to be completed in early November.

MOCK UP REQUIRED BY: 06/04/2014
A submittal for final review has been received by the Architectural Committee (AC). The plan set for this project is available for review in the NSCA Management Office.
The schedule for preliminary review is as follows:
- In-place mock up review period: 06/04/2014 – 06/13/2014
- AC Project Review: 06/16/2014
Comments regarding this project must be submitted in writing via a letter, email or Homeowner Request Form. Written comments must be received by Friday, June 13, 2014, in order to be considered by the committee.
