6406 Beach Parking 06-04-14
“No parking is allowed in the beach parking lot between the posted hours and during such periods as are posted at the parking lot entrance. Guests displaying a valid guest pass are required to park in the top parking tier only. Guest parking is prohibited in the entire beach lot on the Fourth of July, Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. Guest vehicles found parked in the resident parking area are subject to immediate tow at the vehicle owner’s expense per Rule 6440.3e. All vehicles are subject to existing parking enforcement as published in the Rules & Regulations and as posted on authorized community signage.”
