Women’s Club Luncheon – February 13, 2014 at 12:00 in the Clubhouse

Great program coming up for the February luncheon: Timeless Melodies Music History Education Program—a long name but a very entertaining and educational program in that the speaker, Larry Maurer, ex-professor of accounting and lover of American music, will present a multi-media program “weaving anecdotes, history and the magical music of the Golden Age into a joyous interactive experience. The presentation offers a wonderful new appreciation for the music as well as for the American spirit and ingenuity that it celebrates.” He covers the popular standards of the songwriters and singers of the early 20th century. So, come and enjoy!

Lunch is at 12:00 on Thursday, February 13 in the ClubHouse. Your invitation will arrive by e-mail on February 6 and should be responded to by Sunday, September 9. If you will be attending, a second e-mail will let you know if you must bring a salad—large enough for ten to twelve, please.
