Page Turners Book Club: The Lights Between Oceans, by M.L. Steadman

Page Turners Book Club will meet this month to discuss the novel, The Light Between Oceans, by M.L. Stedman. It’s a story about a young couple, having moved to the remote lighthouse to start their new lives while the husband is working as the lighthouse keeper. After years of being unable to have a child of their own, they saved a baby washed ashore one day and somehow decided to keep the baby as their own, thinking they could keep the secret and no one would have to know it. This is a book of symbolism and moral dilemmas. It should make for a lively discussion.

The Monday groups will meet on March 24 and the Thursday afternoon group will meet on March 27. Members will receive information regarding their locations from the coordinators.
