Annual Election – Current Ballot Count

Annual meeting May 21st—Please vote and return your ballot to the inspector of elections by May 20th to establish quorum. On May 21st registration will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Center; the Annual Meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.

A few things to remember when voting

  •  Only individuals listed as the legal owners of the property (e.g. members) may vote, each property gets two votes (two Board seats open) and you must sign the outside envelope in order for your vote to be valid.
  •  Your vote is very important. We need to have quorum of 481 ballots received in order to hold the Annual Meeting next Tuesday.  If quorum is not met, an adjourned meeting will be scheduled within the next week and the ballots will be counted.  Should the Inspectors of Elections need to come to the Annual Meeting and then not make quorum, the Association will have an additional cost to reschedule the meeting for the inspectors to return and count the ballots.  The Annual Meeting is a meeting of the members, so we need you, as a homeowner, there.

Current Status of Returned ballots for the Annual Election of the Board Directors:
