As all residents can see, Harvest Landscape is very busy with the turf reduction program. In order for Niguel Shores to receive the rebate from the South Coast Water District, this project needs to be finished by early summer. The Niguel Shores Website (www.niguelshores.org) has a link to the maps showing the exact areas where the turf will be removed. You can also view these maps at the Niguel Shores office.
Once again, all residents who see a landscape problem are asked to fill out a Homeowner Request Form (HRF). This is the best procedure to handle your problem or issue. As Spring has come, so has the return of leaves to our bougainvillea along Selva Road—they will soon be as beautiful as before…
