Open Architectural Preliminary Review Projects

The applications in this category are for review and advisory comment by the AC only.  They do not result in an approval or disapproval of the project.  Space additions, remodels, tear downs, and new house rebuilds are required to submit a preliminary application prior to submitting a final application. Comments are accepted on preliminary projects while the review of the project remains open.  Any comments regarding an open preliminary review may be submitted to the AC through the NSCA Management Office.
