The Board of Directors of the Sea Terrace I Townhome Homeowners’ Association will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at the ClubHouse at 7:00 p.m. Nominations are now open to any homeowner to run for election to the Board. Nominations may be submitted to Larry Wellikson, President of the Sea Terrace 1 Homeowners’ Association by November 20, 2012.
