Dear Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in the Recreation Committee’s 2nd Annual Holiday Bazaar to be held on Sunday, November 11 from 12-4 pm in our Clubhouse.

The exhibitor entrance fee is $10 and includes one 8ft table and two foldable chairs.

It is vendor’s responsibility to decorate their assigned space and table.  Upon turning in your signed contract and fees, you will be provided a table chart for your review.  At that time, you may reserve your spot.  The Bazaar will be held inside our clubhouse.

In addition to the entrance fee, we require each vendor to provide a raffle donation from your product line with a minimum value of $25.

Niguel Shores is a private beachside community with 960 homes and broad demographics.  This will provide you with tremendous visibility and free publicity.

If you would like to take an ad out in the community’s monthly news publication please call Matt at 949-493-0122.

In an effort to maximize the range of products at our Holiday Bazaar, it is our intention not to allow duplication of products.  This will be decided on a first come basis.

Completed applications and all fees must be submitted to and received by the NSCA office no later than Monday, November 5th.
