Landscape Committee – May 2012

The Landscape Committee is very pleased to have our general manager, Deborah Baker, along with Harvest Landscape’s Nacho Chavez and Nate Bonghanoy, accompany each of us on a “walk around” of our designated areas. They are spending many hours learning about all of the different Niguel Shores areas, types of plantings and soil conditions.

We are in the process of upgrading all of the water controllers. The upgraded software allows for better flow sensing capabilities and more advanced interface with the satellite website.

Some residents have heard that all of the Coral Trees are to be removed. There are a few of the trees that may have to be removed because they are interfering with or damaging their surroundings. However, the majority of the trees will not be involved.
