Men’s Club – April 2012

The Men’s Club breakfast on Tuesday, March 6, featured our own Morry Meadow as our speaker. Morry presented a slide/video presentation on the famous Calgary Stampede, a western rodeo with a Canadian theme.

The Men’s Club holds its breakfast meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 8:00 a.m. We feature different speakers each time, usually on a topic relevant to our membership.

The Men’s Club also has the responsibility of being in charge of the famous Niguel Shores 4th of July Breakfast. This annual event is enjoyed by many residents who traditionally bring their families and grandchildren. This year, we are in need of volunteers to help fill the various duties involved in making this event such an annual success. Duties include, cooking, waiting tables, collecting money and, of course, clean up. We are asking for a two-hour commitment to help continue this great tradition in the Shores. All those who are interested in helping should contact our President George Scramm via e-mail at scramm1@cox.net.
