Silverwood Landscape Design and the Master Landscape Committee have completed a comprehensive survey of Niguel Shores’ 40 slopes including an analysis of (to name a few) the soil, vegetation, location, topography, surrounding properties, and climatic influences. Based on these findings, the 40 slopes are now divided into 10 categories. Following is a map of those 10 categories. Remember these are Categories NOT PRIORITIES of work to be completed.
